Refund policy

We want you to love your badminton clothing, but if somethings not right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

1. You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
2. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags attached.
3. Items that are damaged, worn, or not original condition will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

     1. We offer exchanges for size or defective items

     2. If you need a different size, contact us we'll guide you through the process.

     3. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

REFUNDS

     1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval.

     2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

     1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

     2. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

     1. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
